"I can't get anyone to answer the phone!"

Solution We are sorry if you have been unable to connect by phone. Unfortunately, the staff, including Dr. Baucom, are often tied up assisting other people.

We do, however, respond to submitted tickets through the support system ( That is the primary method you will want to use if you are having problems.

We also receive emails, and respond to those as the second order of business.

The reason we prefer the ticket system or email is because the information you will need is often an internet link or a file. We have discovered over the years that phone calls often end with "please send me an email, so we can get you what you need."

In order to be as efficient as possible, we address concerns:
1) by submitted tickets,
2) by email,
3) when time permits, by phone.

Please understand that all of us on staff would love to have the time to speak with everyone on the phone, but we also have a large volume of requests that must be addressed, and we have a commitment to do that as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please, use the Support area and submit a ticket. We will be able to respond much more quickly and efficiently, getting you on your way.
